How can you use the stock market to make money. I believe most people basic knowledge on the stock market is two things. One is bought and hold. The other is, buy low sell high. Those are not the only ways my friends. In this post I will provide you all with information on various ways people use the stock market to make money. Keep in mind my friends that investing always involves some kind of risks. It’s important to do thorough research or speak with a financial advisor before you make any decisions. Let’s go over some of these strategies now.

Buy and Hold

This is one of the ways I spoke on before. When an investor will purchase stocks with the intention of just holding them for the long term. While aiming to benefit from the stock’s overall growth over time my friends.

Day Trading

one of my favorite right here guys. This is when traders will buy and sell stocks within the same trading day. Aiming to capitalize on short-term price fluctuations is the goal.This strategy requires you actively monitor the market. As well as have some money to play with.

Dividend Investing

This is when the Investors focus soully on stocks that pays out regular dividends. Dividend can provide a steady income stream for you. Giving the reason this strategy is often favored by income-oriented investors.

Value Investing

This strategy is based on the principles of the legendary investor Benjamin Graham. Who value investors seeking stocks that are undervalued compared to their intrinsic value.They focus on anticipating a price correction.

Growth Investing

This is when Investors are looking for stocks in companies with high growth potential. Often they will sacrifice current income for the expectation of future appreciation my friends.

let’s go over the five ways we had to make money with stocks in today’s post. First we had the buy and hold strategy. They buy and hold on to them with hopes the stock price raise. Next we had the day training strategy. This when you buy stock at one price point and sell it at a high price point in the same day. Now we have the dividend strategy. Just buying stocks that pays out dividends for holding stock in the company. After that we had value investing. This when you in a company while their undervalued. Last we had growth investing.
